These Terms govern your use of PhysElo. Please read them — the sections on mock exam content and refunds matter most.
PhysElo (“PhysElo”, “we”, “us”) operates a physics problem bank and F=ma mock exam platform at physelo.com (the “Service”). PhysElo is operated by Junlajak Jongpipattanakul, an individual developer based in Thailand.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
You need an account, signed in with Google, to save progress, track your submissions, and buy mock exams. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Don’t share your login with anyone else — see “Mock exam content” below for why that matters for paid content specifically.
You must be at least 13 years old to have an account. If you’re under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use PhysElo and to make any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how this works in the European Economic Area, where some countries set a higher age for consenting to your own data being processed.
The problem bank at /problems is a free, ongoing collection of olympiad-style physics problems. We may add, remove, or change problems at any time.
F=ma mock exams are timed, sealed practice exams, sold individually or as a discounted pack, priced and described at checkout. Buying a mock gives you access to open and take it under exam conditions, in a single timed sitting. Where a practice retake is offered on a given exam, it’s unscored and clearly labeled as practice.
All payments on PhysElo are made through Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), acting as the Merchant of Record. That means Paddle — not PhysElo — is the seller for every purchase: Paddle processes your payment, handles sales tax/VAT, issues your receipt or invoice, and handles chargebacks and payment disputes. Your card statement will show a charge from “PADDLE.NET* PHYSELO.”
PhysElo never sees or stores your card details — Paddle handles all payment information directly. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s own Buyer Terms, shown to you at checkout.
Buying a mock exam gives you a personal, non-transferable license to take that exam and view your own results. You don’t own the questions, solutions, or any of the content in it — we do, or our licensors do.
Specifically, you agree not to:
We built these exams to actually predict how you’d do on the real F=ma — that only works if the questions stay unseen for everyone who hasn’t bought them. If you break these rules, we can suspend or terminate your access to the Service without a refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
See our Refund Policy for the full rules. In short: a mock exam is fully refundable until you start it. Once you’ve started a mock — or, for a pack, any mock in that pack — it’s no longer refundable, because you’ve already seen the content.
Beyond the mock exam rules above, please don’t:
The Service — including its design, code, problem content, mock exam content, and branding — is owned by PhysElo or its licensors, and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to make the problem bank and mock exams accurate and useful, but we don’t guarantee they’re error-free, that they’ll improve your exam score, or that the Service will run uninterrupted. Physics problems occasionally have mistakes — if you spot one, please tell us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhysElo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us (below). We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms — in particular the mock exam content rules — and no refund is owed in that case.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where practical, let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This is separate from your purchase agreement with Paddle, which is governed by Paddle’s own Buyer Terms.
